The Dosing Guide
1 capsule – Micro Dose
2-3 capsules – Regular Dose
3-5 capsules – Medium Dose
5-7 capsules – Macro Dose
7-10 capsules – Hero Dose
Always begin with 1 capsule and wait for 30-60 minutes before considering an increase in dosage. Pay attention to how your body feels and adjust accordingly. Typically, excursions can last between two to four hours, depending on factors such as experience, weight, and other individual characteristics. So, remember to be mindful.
