Each of our Calming Microdose Capsules are Vegan and contain 0.35 grams of lab tested Mushroom Extract and 5.6 mg consisting of the active ingredient Muscimol

The Dosing Guide
1 capsule – Micro Dose
2-3 capsules – Regular Dose
3-5 capsules – Medium Dose
5-7 capsules – Macro Dose
7-10 capsules – Hero Dose
Always begin with one Calming Microdose Capsule and wait 30-60 minutes before increasing the dosage. Meanwhile, listen to how your body feels and adjust accordingly. Note that journeys may last between two to four hours depending on experience, weight, and other factors. Above all, be mindful.
